Study on noise control of cooling towers

According to the measured data of a highgrade residence area, plots the sound field chart using the finite element analysis, and analyses the noise source and frequency characteristics. Studies noise reduction projects from the aspects of sound absorption, attenuation and insulation, taking account of dust proof and damp proof and in the meantime the air volume and temperature can be satisfied. The effect of noise control is satisfactory.
